Our Story

Like most small businesses, Wilks and Associates Ltd sprang into life through a desire to build something great and work with great companies. That something great was a small company that valued quality and attention to detail, that recognised that what the client wanted to live or work in was more important than what the builder wanted to deliver. A Company that takes care of the little things as well as the big, and a Company that above all wants to deliver to or above expectations at every stage in the project's schedule. 
 
It was this ethos that has led Wilks and Associates Ltd to where we are today. A Company that is respected by the Architects they work with and appreciated by our Clients
 
Our process involves working with our Client, the Architect, the Structural Engineers, and our suppliers and specialist fabricators. We project manage the process from start to finish and liaise with all suppliers and fabricators to ensure that the correct materials are on site on the correct day. Different manufacturers have different needs with regards to fitment, and as such we ensure all requirements are met prior to any site surveys they need before install. In a similar fashion, different suppliers have different lead times in relation to delivery and fitment. We ensure that these are taken into account with regards to the managing project so that no individual component impacts your timeline.
 
We have recently been working with some specialist Companies working with RAAC which has seen us undertake projects across the UK in Bradford, Wolverhampton, Kent and Essex. Our role within these projects were the removal of RAAC and replacement or mitigation to allow for a safe working environment. 
 
Wilks and Associates Ltd generally work across London and Essex however projects have seen us work as far as Bradford. Offering a full turnkey service from start to finish whether it be loft extensions, extensions, new builds or refurbishments we have it all covered.
 
Wilks and Associates has a combined 60+ years of industry experience. We are accredited with Constructionline, Citation ISO Certification and SSIP Acclaim Certification.
