Broxbourne House Conversion 1 Property to 2 With Double Loft Conversions

Wilks and associates Ltd was contracted to convert one large property into two self contained units along with loft conversions. This was a project designed along with our client requests for a shell build only so they could minimize costs and stage their project. From part demolition of the existing property, excavation of new footings along with required drainage all the way through to fascia and gutters works were completed to the highest standards and 2 months ahead of schedule and in budget leaving it ready for hand over to the client for completion.
