Epping Extension

Epping Extension and Garden Renovation – Wilks and Associates Ltd was instructed to create this large double rear extension along with internal alterations and full renovation of the garden area. The extension on the ground floor allowed for a large kitchen area complete with a large island and dining area. On the first floor we created a large master bedroom complete with a large ensuite. The original kitchen space was altered to create a large utiltiy room. New floor tiles were fitted throughout and timber panelling through the hall, stairs and landing area. Externally the garden was dug out allowing for the construction of a new reatining wall complete with intergarted lighting and a bespoke BBQ area was created, Porcelain stone was laid throughout to finish creating a beautiful family garden space.
