Tottenham Extension & Garden Renovation

Wilks and Associates Ltd was instructed to create this side extension to create a larger kitchen/living area along with garden renovations to create a hassle free hosting space. Internally we removed the original external wall and installed a steel goal post system which opens up into the newly constructed extension. The roof was constructed using Douglas Fir, finished with a fully glazed pitched roof complete with internal Zink gutter. Internal joinery was created using Birch Plywood and is complemented with the kitchen design and stone work. Externally, the double storey bay was rendered using K-rend. A new patio was installed along with fencing and new grass to finish.
