Chingford Extension & Internal Alterations

Wilks and associates Ltd were instructed to create this rear single story extension to create a large kitchen, dining and living space. Removing the existing conservatory and part of the existing extension we was able to create one large area. We installed a large steel goal post system allowing us to remove the back of the house. The existing utility room was changed to a modern downstairs WC. New underfloor heating was installed throughout with Amtico flooring to finish. A large kitchen and utility room was created and installed. New bifodling doors and a large roof lantern were installed. Externally the rear of the house was rendered using K-rend.
