Medway RAAC Removal and Roof Reinstatement

Wilks and associates Ltd was contracted for the removal of RAAC panels allowing them to be sent off for testing, working alongside leading industry specialists. Once the RAAC had been fully removed it was designed that the existing roof covering be reinstated due to the heritage of the building, but in line with current building regulations. Works were carried out while the building was still being used, under strict health and safety management works were carried out on time and in budget.
